Common Services Centers (CSC) scheme is one of the mission modeprojects under the Digital India Program (Details athttp://www.csc.gov.in ), CSC e-Governance Services India Limited, aSpecial Purpose Vehicle, has been set up by the Ministry ofElectronics & IT under the Companies Act, 1956 to overseeimplementation of the CSC scheme. CSC SPV provides a centralizedcollaborative framework for delivery of services to citizensthrough CSCs, besides ensuring systemic viability andsustainability of the Scheme. CSCs are the access points fordelivery of essential public utility services, social welfareschemes, healthcare, financial, education and agriculture services,apart from host of B2C services to citizens in rural and remoteareas of the country. It is a pan-India network catering toregional, geographic, linguistic and cultural diversity of thecountry, thus enabling the Government’s mandate of a socially,financially and digitally inclusive society. CSC Mobile WorkforceManagement(MWM) app enables CSC management to effectively track andcommunicate with their thousands of field staff located acrossdifferent states. The staff include State Program Managers,District Managers etc. who are responsible to oversee CSCoperations in respective areas. CSC MWM app provides followingfacility : - location of mobile staff, - Marking of attendance. -Assign duties and tasks to the field staff, - GPS Tracking ofmovement - Improve dispatching processes, - Communicate with fieldstaff - Get reports with photo and geo location. CSC managementgets comprehensive reports and analytics of field force operationsthrough web portal of MWM Platform.
